Discussion 1
In this first meeting, we will introduce the book and have a light discussion around the contents. The aim is to provide context so that you enjoy reading the book.
The dates for this book are:
Meeting 1 – 15 October 2020: Book Introduction and moderated a discussion.
Opening remarks will be used to introduce the book. During this webinar, we will provide a high-level overview of the concepts in the book, familiarizing participants with the information.
Meeting 2 – 29 October 2020: Moderated Discussion & deeper discussion on the book
Meeting 3 – 12 November 2020: Q&A with the author Marty Cagan responding to questions submitted through the online book club discussion thread and during the webinar.
Discussion 2
After covering Marty’s fascinating lessons from the past, we went through his recommendations for why it is vital to pick the right people. In the second session, we will discuss his very valuable advice on how to go about identifying the right product and then the right process. ‘Make mistakes to learn…quickly [while mitigating] risks’
This will be a midway discussion on the book

Q & A with The Author
Marty will be with us all the way from the west coast of the US, to guide us through his proven ideas of ‘how to create tech products customers love’. Experienced and inexperienced product and, dare we say it, project managers will be asking him questions in what we hope will be a lively discussion. Marty’s reputation, experience and track record speaks for itself and we are honoured he will be our guest.
