Meeting 1 – 19 November 2020: Book Introduction and moderated a discussion.
Opening remarks will be used to introduce the book. During this discussion, we will provide a high-level overview of the concepts in the book, familiarizing participants with the information. We will introduce Susanne’s book on Project Leadership and tray and capture her style. Susanne’s approach is full of hints and tips on how to go beyond being a mere manager and become a leader.
